What We Collect
We only collect what’s needed to power and improve the Nioji platform:
– Lead message content
– Basic session and attribution metadata
– Market/language indicators
We do not collect personal or financial data unless explicitly provided by the customer for platform use.
How We Store It
Secure by Default
– All data is stored on secure servers hosted in compliance with leading cloud infrastructure standards (e.g., AWS/GCP).
– Customer data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
– Access is restricted by role and function.
Data Residency & Regional Hosting
Built to Scale Across Borders
